Every errand moves through simple statuses: posted, accepted, en route, in progress, and completed. The live map updates as your runner travels, and you get a notification at each step. If a delay is likely, such as a long pharmacy queue, your runner can flag it and you'll see an updated estimate immediately.
Chat and photo confirmation
Message your runner directly inside the errand to answer questions, swap a substitution, or add a last-minute instruction. When the job is done, runners upload a photo confirmation, such as a return receipt, a drop-off at your door, or a signed key handoff, so you always have proof.
Privacy built in
Location sharing is limited to the duration of the errand and ends the moment it's marked complete. Your address and phone number stay private in chat, and you can share a tracking link with a family member or colleague who needs to be home to receive the delivery.
