Letting someone handle your errands means trusting them with your packages, your prescriptions and sometimes your keys. We built our vetting process to earn that trust before a runner ever accepts their first task.
A multi-step screening process
Every applicant completes identity verification, a national criminal background check, a motor vehicle record review where driving is involved, and a live onboarding session covering privacy, safe handling and customer communication. Fewer than 1 in 4 applicants are accepted.
Insurance coverage on every errand
Every errand is covered by commercial general liability and goods-in-transit protection of up to $10,000 per errand, active from the moment a runner accepts until the customer confirms completion. Claims are handled by our support team, and most are resolved within five business days.
Ratings and ongoing accountability
After every errand you rate your runner and can leave private feedback. Runners who fall below a 4.5 average or receive a safety report are reviewed by our trust team and may be paused or removed. Background checks are refreshed annually.
