You can keep posting errands. Extra errands are charged at your plan's rate: $9 on Starter, $8 on Household, $7 on Team and $6 on Business. We'll warn you before an errand would tip you into extra pricing.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.
No. Your plan covers the runner's time and service. Items your runner buys or pays for on your behalf, such as groceries, are charged to your card at cost with no markup.
Every new account gets its first errand free, up to one hour, with no commitment. You'll need a card on file, and you can cancel before your first billing date without being charged.
